I love this new addition to our house. It was easy to install and came with everything you need. If you don’t already have a doorbell that it can be hardwired into, you just need to easily remove it and charge it depending on how often you are using it. I am constantly looking at mine with the live view and I find with all of my alerts, I have to charge maybe once every two months. It only take an hour to charge.
This product has made my daughter feel more at ease when she is home and I can tell right away who is at the door or if someone leaves a package at the door. I startled a lawn guy doing the townhouse area because I didn’t know that the landscaper was putting out new mulch and I was wondering why he was so close to my door. I apologized for startling him and thanked him for doing such a good job. It is great to be able to talk to someone who is near your door. We also bought the chime as well which lets me know if someone rings the doorbell. While they both install on your phone or mobile device, sometimes my phone is on silent and I may not hear someone at the door, the chime is loud enough to ring throughout our townhome and alert us to a visitor.
